We understand the importance of maintaining the aesthetic appeal of your jewelry. MARS CHARMS provides a 30-day guarantee against tarnishing for Gold Filled and Stainless Steel/18k Gold Plated Charms.

Conditions for the 30-Day Tarnish Guarantee:

  • Normal Wear: This guarantee does not cover tarnishing resulting from exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or excessive moisture.

  • Proper Care: To ensure the longevity of your charms, we recommend avoiding contact with chemicals, perfumes, and moisture. Clean your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dirt or residue.

Warranty Claim Procedure:
