What Size Chain Should I Choose?
Choosing between a 6-inch and an 7-inch bracelet depends on the size of your wrist and your personal preference for how you want the bracelet to fit.
The best way to know is to measure your wrist. Use a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string to measure your wrist where you intend to wear the bracelet. You should choose a size slightly larger than your wrist measurement. *Same applies to necklaces!*
What If My Piece Doesn't Fit?
We definitely want you to have something you love! So... we can do a few things.
Option 1: You can buy an extender of off our site by searching for "extender" in the search bar.
Option 2: You can ship back your piece to exchange it for a bigger size. Keep in mind you are responsible for shipping and handling. (Reach out to us at marscharmss@gmail.com in order to do this).
How Do I Care For My Jewelry?
Avoid Moisture: Remove before swimming or bathing.
Keep Dry: Wipe dry after wear to prevent tarnishing.
Chemical-Free Zone: Avoid contact with harsh chemicals like chlorine and perfumes.
Store Separately: Prevent scratches by storing individually in pouches or a lined box.
Gentle Cleaning: Periodic cleaning with a soft cloth and mild soap solution, avoiding abrasives.
Is the Jewelry Tarnish Resistant?
Our chains are sterling silver / gold filled so they are resistant to tarnish!
A 1/3 of our charms are gold filled, a 1/3 of our charms are stainless steel/18k gold plated, and a 1/3 are enamel/alloy/resin.
If you want to have charms that are most resistant to tarnish I would choose the gold filled and stainless steel/18k gold plated.
When Will My Order Ship?
I try my very best to work as fast as possible! But each piece is made-to-order so please take into consideration the time it takes to assemble (5-7 business days), as well as the shipping time (depending on your chosen rate).
When Will I Receive My Order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped!

What If My Order Says Delivered, But I Never Got It?
With USPS, it's not uncommon for packages to be marked as "delivered" even if they haven't reached you. It's advisable to wait 72 hours or sometimes more for potential internal USPS delays.
Please double-check with neighbors, housemates, or in delivery areas around your home or porch where the package might have been left. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Can I Return/Exchange My Order
Returns and cancellations are not accepted once an order has been processed. However, feel free to reach out if you encounter any issues with your order, and I will make every effort to address and resolve any concerns.
